Press Conference in Chile

LM.C met with the press within an hour of their concert in Santiago, Chile, during the world tour LM.C TOUR 2012 LIVE-STRONG POP-world tour. In more or less, 30 minutes and a lively atmosphere, maya and Aiji answered questions calmly, but they were clearly eager for some excitement.

What encouraged them to come to our country?
Aiji: We visit countries near Japan, like Taiwan or the U.S., but coming to Chile, the farthest place we were, was an experience that did not want to forget and that is why we return.

Recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. What has been the best part of being together?
Maya: We're very pleased to have come so far, being able to celebrate our fifth anniversary. And it's all thanks to our fans around the world, even those from countries such as Chile, so far. This motivates us to move on.

Two years ago were in Chile and Brazil. What is the difference between the fans of South Ameria, Europe and Japan?
Maya: The emotion of the people of South America is really impressive.

The first time I visited Chile was to promote her first album, GLITTER LOUD BOX. How has your work evolved from the first album to Strong Pop?
Aiji: There was not much that changed since our first motivation for making music has always maintained. The LM.C have been able to grow while maintaining the same, the only change is that our music has become a bit more pop. We have always maintained the same desire to continue to grow.

What was the most important aspect of its operations in Chile? Think will happen again tonight?
Maya: I think it's the thrill of the public, which is very euphoric. I really hope to repeat tonight and I am sure it will.

To make the Strong Pop, worked with other artists such as Miya of MUCC. How was working with musicians so important?
maya: Taking the collaborations, we have not changed much. But the fact that we had a guest artist gave a special touch to our work.

We know that both had other projects before the LM.C How that has changed since that time until now with the LM.C?
Aiji: I was in a band with five members (PIERROT). What I like most in LM.C is that we're just two people, so decision making is much easier. (Laughs)

Recently worked at the Budokan. What are your feelings about being able to act on stage so important?
Maya: The first thing I felt was a great happiness for being able to reach a stage as important only five years after our debut. We also appreciate that fans have helped us reach that level.

Can you give us a short review of Strong Pop?
Aiji: Beyond the name, we put many things in our lives, our experiences, and also things that the future will bring. We feel that this album shows the essence of LM.C

What made you decide to pursue a career as musicians?
Maya: When I was in elementary school, I loved music and bands. I even had my own cover band.
Aiji: When I was in high school, I realized I did not want to be a mere man employed. (Laughs)

What would you say to fans who could not come to the concert today?
Maya: Come next time. (Laughs)
Aiji: We came across the world, it's a shame they have not come pudido. I hope to be able to come next time.

A fan comes up and hands them a Fanbook.

Maya: Thank you! Let's look at it carefully.
Aiji: Thank you!

They can give a message to your fans?
Aiji (for all people in the room): You come to the concert? I hope you have fun too. It will be really nice and I hope it is a good memory for you.
Maya: I'm very happy to be here for the second time, so please continue to support us
